Sound settings
Volume distribution (fader/balance)
You can adjust the volume distribution in the vehicle
for all sources.
In the current source or in the main menu, press the
button.
The equalizer menu is displayed.
Press the
button.
The menu for fader and balance is displayed.
Adjust fader and balance with / or

Next press on Equalizer

The setting is stored, the menu of the current source
or the main menu is displayed again.
Equalizer
You can adjust the equalizer for all sources.
In the current source or in the main menu, press the
button.
The equalizer menu is displayed.
Select a preset equalizer with or .

Use
or to adjust the level for Bass, Mid and
Treble as well as the frequency of the LPF, MPF and
HPF lters according to your needs.
Next press on Equalizer
.
The setting is stored, the menu of the current source
or the main menu is displayed again.
Note:
With the [
] button, you can restore the default val-
ues of the selected equalizer presettings.
Basic settings
In the settings menu of the device, you can adjust the ba-
sic settings for the di erent functions of the Philadelphia
835 to your requirements.
Press the SETUP button

In the main menu, press the Settings button.
The settings menu is displayed, the General sub-
menu is activated.
Call up the submenus with the buttons in the lower
area of the settings menu.
Video
The following settings are possible:
Aspect ratio – Adjust image format
Video Input – Adjust the colour system of the external
video input
Rear view camera – Adjust back-up camera (if a back-up
camera is connected)
ParkingWhen "Parking" is activated, the display of the
Philadelphia 835 switches to parking mode when park-
ing.
Backcar mode – Select the parking aid (parking radar or
back-up camera) to be shown on the display.
