The call forwarding options will appear in

the display.

In which situation should a call be

forwarded?

“All calls”

Every incoming call will be forwarded im-

mediately.

“If busy”

The call will only be forwarded if the line is

busy (speech, data or fax).

“If no answer”

The call will be forwarded if you do not an-

swer it.

“Unreachable”

The call will be forwarded if the Radiophone

is switched off or you are not located in an

area serviced by GSM.

“Clear all”

All call forwarding functions will be deacti-

vated.

• Press

/ to select the type of call

forwarding and press OK.

Forward calls, PC data, faxes

The Radiophone can distinguish between

speech (incoming call), data (PC) or fax for

each call forwarding.

Select “Speech” to forward all incoming

calls.

Select “Data” to forward all PC data to a

computer connected to the telephone net-

work.

Select “Fax” to forward written information

to a selected fax machine.

Select “All services” to forward all calls for

speech, data and fax to another number.

• Press

/ to make your selection and

press OK.

Enter data for call forwarding

Each type of call forwarding has the same

processing list for speech, data and fax:

Activate

Deactivate

“Reset”

The timer for the time and charges is set to

zero. You must enter the access code to do

a reset.

“During call”

You can select whether or not you want the

call timer and charges displayed during calls.

Call forwarding

(with a practical example)

You can forward incoming calls to another

telephone number. Select the type of call

forwarding you want to activate to “All calls”,

“If busy “, “If no answer” and “Unreachable”.

The set also distinguishes between incom-

ing calls, faxes or PC data. You can acti-

vate call forwarding separately for each of

these three possibilities.

• Press

/ to select “Call forwarding”

and press OK.
