Ofﬁ ce function

Drawing programme (Paint)

Touch the symbol to open the draw-

ing programme.

The document list is displayed.

Touch the New button to create a new docu-

ment.

Touch the Pen or Eraser button to draw or to

erase.

The pen colour and line width can be selected

to the left of the drawing area.

Touch the Clear button to delete the draw-

ing.

Touch the Save button to save the document.

Touch an entry in the list to mark the desired

document.

Touch the Options button to open, edit or de-

lete the document.

All documents in the list can be deleted with

the Delete All button.

Calendar

Touch the symbol.

The calendar is displayed.

Touch the button to scroll

through the calendar.

Days on which a date has been

entered are marked in colour.

Touch a day in the calendar to display the date

or enter a date.

Touch the Keyboard button to call up the

keyboard.

Enter your text via the keyboard.

Touch the OK button to save the date.

Touch the Delete button to remove a date

from the calendar.

All dates from the calendar can be deleted

with the Delete All button.

Calculator

The calculator features the four basic operations.

Touch the symbol.

The calculator is displayed.

Enter the numbers and arithmetic signs via

the keyboard.

Touch the button to change the

sign.

Touch the button to display the cal-

culation result.

Touch the button to delete the last

character.

Voice recorder

Language can be recorded and played back.

Touch the symbol.

The Voice Recorder menu is dis-

played.

Touch the symbol to start the record-

ing.

Touch the symbol to end the record-

ing.

A conﬁ rmation is displayed.

Touch Yes to save the recording.

The recordings are saved in the "TravelPilot"

directory or in its "Voice" subdirectory.

Touch No to delete the recording.
