3 Tune into a station as described in the section entitled “Tuning into a

station” and

4 press and hold the softkey assigned to the required memory location

until after the confirmation beep is heard.

✔ The station is now stored to that memory location. The name and fre-

quency appear alongside the softkey in the display.

Storing stations automatically - “Travelstore”

The unit can automatically store the six stations with the strongest reception in

the region in the FMT memory. This feature is particularly useful on excursions.

Please note that any stations previously stored in the FMT memory will be over-

written by the Travelstore function. If the TA function is activated, only the six

traffic information stations offering the strongest reception will be saved.

Starting Travelstore

If you want to start Travelstore,

1 switch to the radio functions menu by pressing the TU button A and

2 press the softkey assigned to the PAGE 2 menu item.

3 Press the softkey assigned to the T-STORE menu item.

✔ The activity of the Travelstore feature is indicated symbolically in the

display foreground. The progress is displayed as a percentage in the title

line. After Travelstore has finished, all the stations stored in the FMT

memory are played briefly, and the unit then switches to the station stored

in memory location one.
